QUIET TIME – 10:30 PM  - Please keep noise down between 10:30 pm – 6:30 am (Our rooms are not sound proof, so please be respectful of other guests during these hours!  (If you have late night noise from an adjacent room, you can call or text the owners anytime to take care of the problem.)

Free Continental BREAKFAST served  in the Barn Store from 7:00 to 10:00 AM 
COFFEE, ICE, BREAKFAST, & OFFICE are all located in the Barn Store.
Complimentary COFFEE & ICE are available anytime during regular store hours.

OVER-OCCUPANCY FEE = $20/night for extra guests age 6 & up (over the maximum occupancy per room)

DEPOSIT:  The first night will be charged to the card on file sometime the week prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  1 week cancellation policy. If your reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, then your deposit is non-refundable. No Show bookings (meaning no notice of cancellation) will be charged the full amount of reservation.

ALL ROOMS are NON - SMOKING.  In an effort to provide future guests with a fresh room, a $250 charge will be added to your bill if someone smokes in your room(s) while you are registered. Please smoke outside in the gravel or grass areas - not on patios next to room doors.

NO PETS Allowed. If this policy is not followed, then a $100 charge per night of stay will be added to your bill for deep cleaning and allergen control.

RESERVATIONS:  Inquiries & Reservations can be made by email - OR by phone - 403-653-1992. A credit card is required to secure your reservation.  If emailing a request for reservation, you will be penciled into our scheduling book; however, your reservation is not secured until credit card information is received over the phone. Reservation confirmations are sent via email upon request.  We require a one night deposit, charged approx. 1 week prior to arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING ON 2+ NIGHT STAY - During the 2020 Pandemic issue, we will not be offering this service; however, if you are in need of fresh towels or trash removal, please ask at the front desk. ("Refresh" service daily (beds made, towels on floor or in tub replaced, trash taken out). Your personal belongings will not be touched, so if you want your bed made, do not leave anything on it.  You can opt out of the daily refresh service by putting your "Do Not Disturb" card on the outside door handle of your room, & housekeeping will not enter your room.) You may request fresh towels or supplies anytime at the front desk in the Barn Store, or by calling the phone number.
Weekly Stays... During the 2020 Pandemic issue, we will not be offering this service; however, if you are in need of fresh towels or trash removal, please ask at the front desk (...will receive 1 full clean during stay which includes a Change of Bedding & Vacuum + Refresh without moving belongings!)
WEEKLY RATES DEAL:  7th night free, when you book direct and stay for a full week.

PICNIC AREA with tables, BBQ grills, and fire pit are available in multiple areas for use by all guests.
